Tuesday, we gals finally made it to see the latest Twilight movie. This time, Chloe was invited. She is the number one fan of this series....books and movies. She's read all books at least 3 times. Above is a picture we took of her in the red truck from the movie. She was lucky enough to have a Mimi who saw in the paper that the Allen library was doing a fund raiser. Then she was lucky enough that her mother took her to get her picture taken in it. Anyway, after watching Edward (the vampire) and Jacob (the werewolf) without his shirt, she is still a Team Edward Gal. Here is her pix after seeing the latest movie.

Everyone who is anyone knows that the Cullen's all have amber eyes.

Joyce had caught up before the movie by watching all Sheila's copies of the movies. We all thought it was the best of the series. I personally, am anxious to see the final one, so I can quit wondering how the movie will compare to the book. I think both were good. We all think Jacob is a real hunk, now that he's buffed up. The make-up was also better than in the previous movies.

After the movie, we all went to Houlihans for dinner. Sue had a goodie bag..... a certificate from Houlihans, that had to be opened up at the restaurant. She could win $1000, or a trip to Las Vegas.... on and on. The smallest prize was a free mini-dessert. So, out came the waitress, and Sue eagerly ripped open the certificate. Dang... it was for a mini-dessert. We all ordered dinner. They have lots of mini plates, so Sheila and Joyce shared a couple, Margie and Sue shared a couple, and Chloe and I got our own regular hamburger. The food was good. The first Margaritas we ordered were awful, so we sent them back. The second ones were delicious. Not the best in the world, but at least they had all the ingredients in them. Sheila played it safe with beer, and Sue followed the safety part by ordering wine.

Anyway, I did play Telco golf Wed nite, but Sheila spent the evening with Joyce, since she was leaving Thursday. Already I'm wondering what we'll all do for excitement until she comes back again. She is a ball to be with.

Later, and here's your bumper sticker.....
