Wii Games, Pass the Ace, and Pass the Poop with Plastic

Wow, I've gone from bored to really busy. Yesterday evening, I went over to Angie's to loan the girls one of my WII remotes because Chloe had company. I played tennis with Angie, it hurt my arm! I tried bowling, and as long as I was "wristy", it was okay. The girls took over after that. By the way, I am a GREAT WII BOWLER! Trounced Angie.
After the girls got bored of playing with the WII, I told the girls I'd teach them how to play PASS THE ACE. It is played with one card only, and if you want to know a lot more, look it up on the internet. Anyway, you have 3 coins to play with. Like Texas Holdum, the last person standing wins the pot. As players run out of money, they have to drop out. We played with the fake money Morgan bought at Dollar Store. When we'd finished the first game, Daniella (Chloe's guest) asked if we could play with real money. I thought it might not be good for her to go home and tell her parents that Chloe'sMom and Grandma gamled with her on cards.
We finally conceded to her request to play for cheerios. The girls were playing with them, and I made a rule that if you lost or ate your cheerios, then when you ran out of your first 3, you were out of the game. We started to play, and my cheerios were gone. I demanded to get 3 more and THEN we'd enforce the no cheerios, no play rule. My cheerios were gone before the first hand was dealt. I finally caught Annie (the dog) eating them when I wasn't looking. They made me quit playing!
This morning, the girls conned Angie in to making dollar pancakes so they could play pass the ace for the small pancakes. Everyone that lost had to eat regular sized pancakes. I might have created a monster.

Speaking of Annie, she finally pooped the problem. It was the plastic that wraps a whole chicken you get from the grocery store. UGH! It still had the lable on it. Is that gross or what?

Today, I ran errands for the girls, then had lunch with Joyce (Sheila's Mum) and Sheila. Joyce bought, which was so nice. After that, I came home and picked up Angie, and we went shopping for the big New Year's Party that will be at my house. Angie is going to come clean the house tomorrow. Tonight, I've got to make Texas Caviar...... it's made with black eyed peas, which you MUST eat on New Year's Day in order to prosper in the new year. Lord knows, I can't afford to not do anything that has a chance of helping.

Frank came in this evening, he loves to come visit unannounced, so he can surprise us. Janice had called to tell me he was coming, and he walked in while I was talking to her. He's got car starter trouble, so right now he and Gary are at Pep Boys. Other than that, nothing exciting here.
