Sue went all out and created some fantastic tapas. Everything was served "hot off the grill" thanks to Chef Clay! That gave us plenty of time to sample the 20 some-odd bottles of wine that were available. We started out with ham/scallop tapas...
We then sampled bacon wrapped asparagas spears, yogurt chicken, olive tempanade bread rolls, sausages, beef, and I honestly can't remember what else. It was all soooo good, but the asparagus and chicken were my personal two favorites. Clay only had one "flare-up", which we all enjoyed because it gave us a chance to show off our "fire siren" sounds. The big finale was the grilled fig dessert tapas. OINK OINK OINK !!!!!
