Eating every thing I can get my chubby fingers on. I think it's a common problem so I'm not going to lose sleep over them. I just try and not eat EVERYTHING in the house.
Speaking of losing sleep over it... that's the other problem. I cannot sleep. I took a Xanax nite before last, and guess I took it around 10:30. I slept like a rock til around 8 or 8:30, which caused me to miss Curves with Margie. We are supposed to meet Friday at 7am, and I promised I'd be there.
Now, here's a little story. When I took Dawn shopping last Christmas, she wanted to go the the Brookstone store. She didn't buy anything, just kept the salesperson talking for about an hour abourt all the stuff in the store. I got bored, and started shopping. I bought quite a bit of stuff.. I love gadgets. Got wine chillers, etc.. I also bought a two key finders. I was thinking that while in the RV, it would be a real problem if I misplaced the keys. So, I bought not one, two. Later I find out that they are on the same frequency... so either one will beep when you are using either of the two remote finders. Ok, I am always misplacing my care keys, so it's really good to have.
I also uploaded IOC7 for my iphone, and it changed all my default sounds to weird things. One, my texts or mail (I never figured out which) changed to a bird tweeting. I was going to Curves a few days ago, and something kept chirping. I thought it was my phone. I came home and changed them all to something different. Whew... problem solved. Or so I thought.
For the last few days, I've been hearing the chirping.... various times, and various rooms. It's been driving me crazy. I finally figure out it's from the key locater on the RV key. I go to Walmart, and they are out of the 2032 disc batteries that are required. I just take the battery out, and life is good. That is, until this morning, around 2:30. The dog woke me up crying. Whatever..... but I cannot go back to sleep. Off I go to the 24 hour Walgreen's. I bought 5 batteries. What the heck, I also stopped at Jack in the Box and bought coffee and a Breakfast Jack.
Came home, and Stella has decided to wake Gary up. I mean, it's only like 3:45 am. Guess what, Gary is REALLY crank at that time of morning. Who knew? An hour later, I have found that both the car and the RV are chirping.... both batteries are replaced, and it's still going on. The real culprit? The locater is dead. I mean.... it's like the locator is the mama, and because it's dead, the babies (the units that are on each key chain) are crying for mama. I finally get it changed and life is back to normal. Gawd, what an ordeal.
I spend the next hour on the New Balance web site, ordering a replacement for the shoes I bought on line and received, only to find I don't like them. They look like SAS for retards. Anyway, I put them in my shopping cart, and will exchange them when the web site service center opens up. They are super to work with, and I've used them for years. Beats driving all over town.
I have also found that my laptop is about to crap out. The center of the keyboard is failing. It is impossible to just touch keys... I know have to exert quite a bit of pressure to get them to make contact. Gary's gonna love this.
Tomorrow is his birthday.... 67. I am thinking I'll return the new hand mixer I got him for his present, and get him a new laptop. On second thought, I probably don't have enough time. It's taken so long to type this, my alarm has gone off. It's 6:20, and I need to get ready to meet Margie at Curves at 7am.
I am so tired.... oh well. I can't sleep anyway. If only I can keep from taking a nap, I should sleep well tonight. Sorry if there are a ton of typing errors, I'm losing strength, and pushing the damned keys is wearing me out.
Good Morning!
