Today was the first day of the FWGA member-guest golf tournament. The shoot-out event was held this evening. I chose not to enter it, because it us NOT handicapped, and I don't have a chance in hell of winning. I had planned to go out and watch, but Angie had surgery, and she had a rough day. Being the great Mom that I am, I stayed with her at the hospital.
Sheila played in the shootout with her partner, Judy. Margie's partner did not show up. Jerry's partner did not show up. Jerry and Margie were allowed to play as a team. (yes, what part of member-guest did that pair fall under?). Anyway, long story short, Sheila and Judy won their flight. Then, Margie and Gerry won their flight.
Someone complained about Gerry and Margie both bring members, so they wouldn't allow them to claim the prize. That may not be over with, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
