SIT DOWN BEFORE READING THIS POST !

You have been warned....sit down. If you have high blood pressure, take your meds before continuing to read this particular post!

GARY T. SHOT AN 84 TODAY TO WIN A COVETED SPOT TO THE FGA HORSESHOE BAY GOLF TOURNAMENT

Can you believe it? He shot his career low round and won low gross today. I am so proud of him. (Honestly, I'm also sort of amazed!)

Congratulations Gary T.!

I wanted to play for a chance to go as well, but Sheila wouldn't play, and I didn't want to be the only female. The FGA is NOT women freindly. Well, to be honest, it's a "good old boy" golf league. The same people go to the tournament every year. One of the good old boy's didn't make it this year, so they expanded the field so he'd be included. It's my least-favorite person in the world.... JD. I really don't like him, but I also really don't hate him. You have to care about someone a little in order to hate them, so that let him off the hook.

The girls are here today. They spent the night, and Chloe is a little under the weather. Stuffy nose, cough, sore throat.... you know, the general crud! I don't feel so hot myself. So, to help her feel better, I'm doing what my mother did for us when we got that way. I've got my chicken cooking, and we're having chicken and noodles for dinner, with a salad. That's easy enough. Angie is a little under the weather also, so it'll be good for all of us.

Dad has done nothing all weekend except watch football, and that's pretty much all Erick has done. There is absolutely NOTHING on tv to watch, so I'm going out of my friggin mind. Gary just got back from taking the girls shopping. They didn't buy anthing big, but they did get lots of little junkie things at Target that I'll throw away when they leave.

Guess I'll close and try and get a life and accomplish something today. I may take Stella for a walk. I started to the park with her around 8:30 pm last night, but the coyotes were in the creek, and they make me nervous. They were howling, which Gary said usually indicates they're fighting over something one of them has killed. Needless to say, Stella didn't get a long walk from me last night, so I may as well treat her to one today. Later.....
