Here we are.... the final hole of the day, and also the toughest. Will they make it??
After golf, we ate at The Jalapeno Tree. Good mexican food.
Then, we went to the lake house. We played Mah Jongg, and tipped a few. Here are a few pictures of Gerry's lake house.
The second day, we awoke to a beautiful foggy morning. We had our coffee and breakfast, and then it was off to the Pinnacle Golf Course.
Again, Joyce and I put the cart cover and heater on the cart. However, it was a perfect fit. We ended up having to turn the heater off because we got too warm. (Contrary to popular opinion, the heater burning a hole in the dash of the cart had NOTHING to do with this decision.) It was actually a much nicer day.
We went back to Gerry's for the rest of the day. Gerry made dinner.... delicious Chicken Fiesta Soup, jello salad and garlic bread. It was so good. We drank a couple of drinks, and played some games.
That place has some incredible scenes from her covered deck. We didn't have a fire on the deck.... we'll do that next time.
Gerry purchased a door prize, and drew names to see who won. Lucky me..... I won! It was soooooo cute.
Well, after a couple of brews, we found some home made fun.......
What memories. Thank you Gerry for a wonderful time.
